What is a FlexSpace?
FlexSpace is the process of adapting a property to cater for various tenant requirements from growth to shrinkage; single to multi-user; cowork to office environment.

WERKEDGE was born out of necessity. Originally both a landlord and a tenant ourselves, we found it difficult to lease some of our properties. That meant bills to pay with no income.
We couldn’t be reliant on the old way of leasing when tenants had a new way of doing business.
We needed a more resilient approach to managing properties.
Something different from just advertising and leasing in the commercial sections of the paper or the internet. Something that brings it together.
Besides being a landlord, we had also been a tenant of one of the largest managed workspaces in the world - WeWork, London.
By seeing both sides of the environment we knew what we needed as a landlord to pay the bills, but we also knew what we needed as a tenant to support our business for innovation and growth to succeed.
We then invested years of manpower in delivering what is known as a PropTech solution. We took our knowledge in the property and technology sectors and spent more than a year refining the processes, methods, technologies, marketing methods, security accesses and more. We created:
